On August 27th, all LEES employees gathered together to attend a mid-year summary meeting of 2022 with the theme of "Firm Goals, Efficient Execution and Vision" to gather our strength and harness the momentum for a breakthrough.
During the meeting, all managers of each department made a mid-year work summary report. By showing their respective work, they objectively and clearly summarized the work in the first half year. An in-depth analysis of their own market situation and challenges and also planning target for the second half year, each expressed their own views with clear development of ideas.
The torrent of upward, change in the situation to overcome the difficulties. Allen LEE ( Director of LEES POWER) made a speech at the meeting. Allen said: This year, the rebound epidemic in many domestic places posed a major challenge to the industry, but in the face of the predicament, LEES was able to break through against the trend and still had a remarkable performance in the first half year. Allen expressed his heartfelt thanks to all employees for their dedication and hard work, and put forward the outlook for the second half of 2022, cheering us on and working together to make progress. First of all, Allen highly affirmed the work achievements in the first half year from the three dimensions of company management, market and new track business; and put forward higher requirements and expectations for the dimensions of corporate services, standard system, corporate culture, and customer-first; meanwhile, he laid out the company's strategic plan for the second half year, emphasizing the improvement of managers' comprehensive ability and the overall improvement of organizational effectiveness, so as to advance with practical work and seek far for the journey.
Tracy Lee, the host of the meeting, read out the Semi-Annual Award decision in 2022, and Director Allen presented trophies and prizes of "Loyal Employee", "Best Dedication Award", "Best Service Award", "Best Progress Award", "Best Positive Award", "Best Enterprising Award", "Top Ten Advanced Individual Award", "Best Team Award", "Outstanding Contribution Award" and "Best Project Award" Certificates to the individual and collective representatives of the honorary titles. We thank you for your hard work and call on all the staff to take the advanced as an example and strive for more good results by competing and catching up.
